Funny how a thread that started out about a 2P customer relations phone number issue ends up being replied to, 100% (making an assumption about iluv2fly) by 1K & GS folk.
Does the 2P lack a voice not just at United, but FT as well? Is the 2P such a lowly animal that it's expected to know its place and not complain about not being able to complain to anybody?
Makes me wonder how many folk are 2P and don't even realize it. Certainly most don't understand the benefits, so I guess if they don't understand them in the first place, and thus they're not seen as a reason for maintaining status, why bother having them (the benefits)?
Whatever, this is the first I've heard that there is no longer a 2P customer relations line, although I'm still not sure exactly what that means. Making me, I guess, a typical
lowly 2P.
