No way. That screws up the whole evening before -- not having access to a hotel room after a noon, or best case 4pm check-out. Plus, from a Midtown West hotel to EWR early in the morning should be no more than 20-25 minutes by car service. From an airport hotel is probably 10-15 minutes or more if you have to take a shuttle.
