Should There be Domestic-Only 1K Benefits?

Perhaps I am delusional, but do you think that United would ever consider having a 1k Domestic and a 1k International? I know there are a lot of people (especially with the DEQM and TEQM) that flew a couple of flights and qualified for 1k, but some of schleps typically qualify flying domestic all year and average 30-40 RT a year.

To me SWU's really aren't worth much -- 1 would rather have 12 CR-1's vs 6 SWU's, and that is really my point -- perhaps United could offer a choice between more CR's and less SWU's for those of us who travel domestically.

I am also curious to know what the percent is of 1k's that made it domestically.
