Other than pointing at the gun (ridiculous), the agent did exactly the right thing. You stop everybody. You question everybody.

In fact, we once pulled a illegal alien maid out of a US Magistrate's car, after he picked her up. I mean, who would think that US Congresspeople would commit crimes using their jobs?
