If budget is not really an issue then Claridge's is in my view the most obvious option. Nowhere will take better care of them - the staff are wonderful, it's traditional, elegant and very comfortable. Walking distance to the shops of Bond Street and Regent Street, and a short taxi ride to anywhere else. It is certainly where I would send my aged parents if required...
