I stayed there a couple of times a month or so ago. On the 1st stay I was automatically upgraded to their , istr it was called, "concierge level" , the 2nd time they apologised that they couldnt upgrade me since the hotel was full ( perfectly true, I had had to use the Diamond guaranteed availability to get a room anyway ). In both cases they gave me access to the executive lounge which is situated on the concierge level.

The lounge itself was nothing special ( but then I havent seen any US lounges to be that good ), it had beers and wine available in the evening and a continental breakfast service in the morning.

I liked the hotel and choose it over the airport property when in St Louis.
