I don't think we'll see any refurb of the 762s. Some are going off lease soon, and the rest will slowly fade away between now and 2015 when the 350's <supposedly> start arriving.

Likewise, I don't think we'll see these seats in the 752s because a.) they are shorter routes and b.) probably too narrow for 2x2 seating. If anything, they could put some of the 762 lie flats in the 752 fleet that is sticking around for the TA/ETOPS routes.
