Wow! Your needs seem to center around the food and especially the bar at this resort whereas my main concern would be the room and any upgrade. You also seem to be centered on how something might "look" declasse to others. Although you had some off-putting service, I am sorry that I cannot feel your pain, nor outrage -- your complaint seems way over the top to me.
