2x BA Gold - No favours
My girlfriend and I are both BA Golds have had the most awful run of service from BA the last few weeks.
- In flight freebie upgrade of a screaming family to Club on TLV-LHR. CSD had no interest or even excuses.
- Rude, attitudinal lounge dragon at T5. "I'll let you in on this occasion but not again" - because Gold card left in wallet at home.
- Similar experience of (1) above BDA to LGW
We have written in and have had a bunch of empty apologies. Does BA just not care anymore? It's acting like the place is going to go into Adminstration and if they continue to behave like this, I know spending our money elsewhere will help them on their way.
