The cause for this tragic crash is still unknown. There are hardly any parts found and the facts are as rare as the parts found so far.
What makes you so sure at this stage, that this issue is not carrier-specific? Are you referring to the rudder, the AA A300 had lost - due to pilot over-stressing that part?
BTW: Airbus has always stated, that the rudder usage at this stage of the flight was not allowed and will be outside the design limits of the A300.
