Is this to be expected, or is she going to turn up at LHR and find that she has a reservation and no ticket for the outward leg?
I changed the LHR-BKK leg of a forthcoming LHR-BKK-SYD-AKL redemption last week. CMT was showing 236-xxxx Bangkok-Auckland and I was worried, but a few hours later it changed back to London-Auckland as expected ^
