A slight tangent, but this triggered my memory - the other half has a trip to Glasgow coming up, and she originally booked on BD14. That was cancelled a while ago, and bmi rebooked her on BD12. However, CMT shows the e-ticket as 236-xxxx: Glasgow-London, rather than the usual London-London. Is this to be expected, or is she going to turn up at LHR and find that she has a reservation and no ticket for the outward leg?
I changed the LHR-BKK leg of a forthcoming LHR-BKK-SYD-AKL redemption last week. CMT was showing 236-xxxx Bangkok-Auckland and I was worried, but a few hours later it changed back to London-Auckland as expected ^
