Had some problems during my stay, nothing earth shattering, just minor annoyances - so I provided some feedback on the online commenting site when I got the emails about feedback on my stay. I was very surprised (in a good way) to receive a call over the weekend asking for more details and an attempt to get my business again when I return to the hotel. I don't know if I'll be returning to Santa Barbara soon, but I might have to give this hotel a second chance if I do go back, provided that I call this person directly and get "taken care of".
