Programs: Delta Plat, BMI Gold, Subway Sandwich Mustard and was UAL 1K for 2010, now 1K for 2011 too :)

In the 2 years I have had Verizon DSL I have never needed customer servise , so the lines etc are pretty good around here,

I also do not use a Verizon email address (I use gmail), so that is not a concern,

It would be interesting to know if DSL Extreme just uses Verizons infrastructure, buys in bulk and do their own billing,
