Agree the service is uneven.Once in a while someone is actually helpful.
Example no one answering phones for over 15 minutes .This includes the front desk,the dining room,front office mgr......all I could get is voicemails.The operator was helpless and they too would not sometimes answer.
This also included room service
Left the home steaming mad. But forgave after a dynamite weekend at another property who had great service.
On the bright side great clean new hotel with satisfactory breakfast.Location is a little out of way.Can be a good bang for the buck.No real assistance but plenty of empty apologies available when they blow it.
I might go back...In the right situation.
