This BoA Mastercard works pretty well for me. I only use it in the US, so the fx charges don't affect me and I get 1 AP mile for each US $ spent. And there was a 12 or 15k mile signup bonus!

I currently have a World Perks Visa that I applied for last year using my brother's address in TX, but it's a bit of a nuisance as I have to get him to pay my bills for me, so I hardly ever use it. Can't do fund transfers from a Cdn bank. There's no fee, and I got a sign up bonus of 3K miles. I charged $30 to it last year, and $60 to it last month, and they just gave me a 17K mile Customer Appreciation Bonus!
