How about a rep who speaks clear English?
Cripes...I called the Diamond desk 6 times today to get assistance, I was one hold for a length of time, and then each time I was connected with a rep I could barely understand. About half of the reps were obviously Mexican and incapable of understanding my request and thus servicing my account, and the other half seemed to have to Jamacian twang thing going on and were equally inept at servicing my request.
In the end, I was unable to have my account serviced despite 6 distinct attempts.
This is ridiculous. I am a United States citizen and I want and demand my account to be serviced by someone capable of and willing to service my account in the English language.
So far I have spent 68 nights at Hilton properties. If they want my business for the rest of the year they better staff their phone bank with some English speaking representatives.
If I am paying you "developed country" rates for stays I expect developed country resources available to me.
This really ticks me off.
