bmi_Barry, CMT= Checkmytrip.com, go there and input your confirmation number bmi gave you and surname, it will retrieve your booking. Below traveller details there will be a section titled e-ticket numbers if tickets have been issued.

A bmi e-ticket is a number along the lines of 236-xxxxxxxxxx

raikje, normally it should read london-london like you suggest, so perhaps the reissue hasn't occured. Although at least at LHR T1 you have the ticket desk to sort problems like that out relatively quickly.
