Slightly concerned about this. I have booked a miles redemption for my finacee to Bangkok in July. We have the confirmation number through but no e-ticket number. The email from diamond club says that we don't have to do anything.

It looks like a normal booking reference (numbers and letters with no dashes).

Can we show up on the day at the Thai counter and everything will be OK?

Also - mind my ignorance! - what is the CMT?
