Marky's deli on rue Rosier used to be pretty good for hamburgers, etc.(I haven't been there for a while, since I always end up getting falafel elsewhere).
Its almost across the street from the well-know L'As du Falafel, the best falafel place in the Marais, and it's painted bright green.
