I`ve noticed that sometimes when the prices are displayed when making a reservation that in addition to all the other rates, there are rates called 'For Individual Hotel Use'. When I click on it, it doesn`t specific what it is or the restrictions. Since it is displayed, I guess I can book it. Has anyone seen this or actually booked such a rate?
