Concerning your question, usually these rates qualify.

However esp. with the 2=4=1 rates I have in the past in 75% of all stay made a missing stay report with the Ambassador Desk. The PC Desk failed, they explained the rates is too low to qualify and I could only get points if booking over the homepage of IHG. it seems, they did not really read the mails and did not reply to any further mails. So I decided to go for all other missing point requests with the Ambassador Desk.
