I stay here 99.9% of the time in SIN but never have booked a "Towers" room. The Pool rooms could be anything on the 5th floor with direct access to the Pool. I believe if you've been assigned one of the Cabana rooms, your reservation will say that.
I am quite sure all rooms at this hotel have the "towers" option which includes free laundry/dry cleaning (quite a generous limit- 16 pieces IIRC), evening cocktails, and butler service- so it doesn't matter which room you "choose"- rather if you want to pay for the Towers Services. Someone correct me if I am wrong on this...
