How long should I wait before re-applying?
Thanks in advance.

First see which agency CITI pulled (in my case it's always Experian - in fact EVERY bank pulls Experian for me, which has limited my churning).

Then count how many inquiries overall since start of December 2008 (slightly over 6 months). Then break this down into how many from CITI and how many from "all other banks".

It is possible (by other report in this thread) that you may be able to have CITI "not count" their own inquiries. Certainly worth a try - you will need to speak with a supervisor/ credit analyst. Good luck
