One thing to note, even if you love windows - as I do, the window is not the place to chose to sit on a LCY flight. They are noticeably narrower and more cramped than the aisle - you have been warned!

Evening meals used to be sensible, indestructible food like stew and sausages and mash. I used to route into it deliberately for an evening flight.
