Are you planning to return at some point? You could do a one-way redemption to YQB, and travel overland to Toronto. Then you could book a one-way way redemption back from YYZ - this time with a stopover in STL, allowing you to visit there. Maybe. Depending on how picky they get about 'direct routing'!
