Are land/train segments allowed?
I'm looking to book a trip for next month: ideally we'd fly UK to Quebec (YQB, presumably via YUL), then a land segment to Toronto, stopover, then to Saint Louis (STL). I'm guessing this isn't allowed...? (otherwise I guess we just fly to YUL and tour around by car to YQB and YYZ/Niagra and back to YUL for the onward trip to STL.
