First, do not accept the initial denial. As with all Citi denials, contact the applications department and follow up on the exact reasons. Confirm the denial was correct. NEVER accept the denial from a first line Customer Service Rep, always speak to a supervisor, and be firm, but nice with the Supervisor. A CSR never changes a rejected application, only a supervisor can do so (general guideline).

Second, please post the exact number of hard pulls from the three agencies in the last six months.
