I got this call a couple of years ago, as they noticed my AA travel at declined. I explained that in that year, most of my travel would occur in the 2nd half of the year, but we spend about 30 minutes discussing things I like about AA and opportunities for improvement.

One of my comments was needing a seperate check-in line for international F/J at MIA similar to ORD or what UA often has. One premium line for everyone in F (dom or intl) and Gold or above makes the line almost as long as the regular line.

Believe it or not, one was added at MIA a couple months later, but they just recently went back to one PriortyAAcess line again.

They also gave me 4 500-mile upgrades at the end of the call for my time.

One thing I've never seen mentioned on this site is someone having been offered an EXP challenge by this AA Executive Office. Has anyone had the offer?
