I am so glad I found this thread and clicked the CANCEL for my upcoming reservation at this hopeless property!
I checked the google map, the Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel looks like only 11 miles, 30 mins away from the JFK airport, that would be a good choice to instead of JFK Sheraton? I needs to catch the early flight in JFK depart @ 7am to SFO but would like to stay in Starwood properties. Thanks for advice!
