What's in a name?

Think outside the box. Upon learning the names of each passenger, the AVIS driver can check his reservation list (or radio in to the shack) in order to drop passengers at their individual parking spaces rather than making everyone walk from a central drop-off point, looking for their vehicles.

Moreover, AVIS Preferred renters, upon giving their names, are afforded the priority of being dropped off at their vehicles before others.

If you are reticent to provide your name out loud (example, folks in the Federal Witness Protection Program), simply write it on a piece of paper or show a business card or a drivers license (or whisper your monicker sweetly into the driver's ear).
