When you connect FROM int'l TO domestic, there is only 1 duty free shop available, just past immigration, prior to customs.
As an OT aside, but this reminded me, over the past year-plus, the agriculture folks have been uber-diligent with dogs in the baggage claim area. I've seen quite a number of people having to throw away various food items. (I was even "busted" for not declaring coffee, which was "ok, you can bring it in, but you need to declare it in the future."
