You were more than gracious. I would have asked her why she thought what she was doing was okay and then I would have reported her to staff.

I consider myself quite tolerant of others behavior, but this really does take the cake. I would have made a direct comment to mommy that her behavior was way beyond an acceptable level and I would have asked her to move to restroom where this matter could have been appropriately cared for. Sorry, but I think she was really trying to "rub it in your face." She was purposely trying to test your tolerance level.
