Hi Kiwi Flyer, thanks for maintaining this great selection of links to valuable *A information.

However, I wonder if you wouldn´t like to update the links to the RTW rules on your first post, you are still linking to the May 1, 2008 rules, what have been changed in the meantime at least three times, IIRC. The latest one what I know is from May 29, 2009, the link should be:
*A RTW rules - from NZ (effective 29 May 2009).

An older one is

*A RTW rules - from NZ (effective 15 Mar 2009).
