OK, I'm ready to report my results. First off, thanks to all who replied. I took the advice and did web check-in which was at 4am local time. In the comment field I asked for a 7am check-in time. Upon arrival, the front desk agent was able to check us in on the 4th floor (GC on 3) and we were on our way for both rooms. No problems at all. Interestingly enough, I received a requested text message at 8am after we had already been checked in and were in our rooms. Thanks again!
