Thanks Eastbay1K and phlashba for the responses; I appreciate it. These are all in the international terminal, correct? Is there anything in LAN's domestic terminal besides the VIP lounge (that we presumably cannot buy our way into)? The Salon Pacifico? We are flying MDZ-SCL-Calama and I assume will have to cool our heels in the domestic terminal.

You know, I used to have a lot of SCL and Chile questions and I had to answer them myself. But now, I am apparently one of the resident experts.
There is a domestic Pacific Club, which you can buy your way into, and it is also Priority Pass and Diner's Club affiliated. I've been there several times. Quiet, pleasant, not much in there. The domestic terminal is generally a pleasant quiet place, but not much to do/eat.
