Well, if you're not in a hurry at all, or you would have some long waiting time at the destination anyway due to the next leg being next day, then it could definitely be an option, won't it?

I mean, you get the day to spend in Houston (Could think of worse cities, I guess?) and the airline is giving you 250$ for it - not that bad, is it?

I don't think it's an offer no-one ever will accept, but maybe some people on a MR?
