This is one of the things that I love about USAA. They have never blocked my cards. One time I did a card present transaction in San Antonio, TX, half an hour later I did a card present transaction buying a couple thousand dollars of jewelry in Doha, Qatar, and then an hour later another card present transaction in San Antonio.

USAA never batted an eye at this.

BTW, I was physically in Doha, Qatar but the credit card terminals on the US Military base are TCP/IP ones based out of San Antonio.
