I assume you're on the 3:40? Yes, it is odd to see zero PAX in F on the day before travel. However, there are some exit rows taken up, and my assumption is that those are Plats and Golds....

I would go with what sbm12 said - they are holding them back later now, in the hope of selling upgrades.
