OT: Luggage Assistance [F pax arriving in EWR]

I was hit today with one of those rare questions, to which the only response with which I could come up was: I have no idea.

A friend's wife is flying in F over the weekend, PRG-FRA-EWR.

Apparently she will have more bags than she can handle , and wants assistance at EWR. I assume this means a porter or another similar person to take some of her bags off the belt and wheel an extra cart through customs.

I said that I couldn't imagine that such a service exists - just knowing what CBP regulations are like, but I figured I'd post anyway.

So, any ideas?

Thanks,

Steven
