The website is now taking reservations. Prices look to be about $200-$300 less than the Conrad. I have a GLON booked for May next year at the Conrad but I'm seriously thinking about switching to the new resort. I'll be emailing them shortly to understand what benefits they will offer to Gold/Diamond.
