Yes, but I believe mikeef's point was more one of sarcasm directed at DHS's use of one-ways and nonstops as factors in determining the dreaded "SSSS."

Hmm, I dunno. I do know the idea was that the smaller airport might have easier security for them to bypass... but what contingencies they might have had are a big ??.
