don't let the door hit you in the a** on your way out. Your final email response to them was completely uncalled for. As others pointed out, you would have been better off to call SPG customer service and work it out with one specific rep.

Stay at HH. I'm sure they love it when you call to complain about a bedsheet not being tight enough to bounce a quarter.
