This means that there are also two seats available for elite upgrade. If you call right now, you can get them.
It blows my mind that this is still not an automatic process that works as advertised. It works on CO, it works on AA. On US it's not automatic, so someone like the OP could be trumped by a lower level elite who's faster to the phone. Unbelievable.
