Checked in last night. In addition to the obligatory cookies was handed a brief menu listing three snack items and 3 beverage choices chosse one of each as our "Thank you for our loyal service".
Breakfast coupons were included without asking.
Called down to extend my stay one extra day, the immediate answer was that the hotel was booked up, I asked them to check my profile and the answer was "no problem sir".
To much time is spent whinning on these boards. Didin't have quite the same experience when I checked into the Hotel last wednesday, however I wouldn't expect the kid working the graveyard sgift to be as knowledgable of Hilton's mafrketing programs, but a simple reminder prompted the complimentary breakfast. I didn't even know to expect the other treatment.
