If 1B is the only seat left, that is usually held for Special Assistance passengers. It's opened up at T-24, so when you go to check in you should be able to grab it. May be worth a call to the elite line just to confirm. Though if 1B is the only seat left, I'm surprised the powers that be in Rev Management opened up an R seat at 3 days out...
