But the lesson I have learned from then was, to book reward stays one night by a night. Like this you can easily cancel nights at the end or the beginning of your stay online without any hassle.
This is what I generally do when I am not quite sure about my arrival/departure dates.
When check-in, just remind that you stay longer than one night
