I would call CO and see if they can give you a seat assignment on the phone. I've been upgraded before with no seat assignment.

Also, I've noticed that sometimes the upgraded list is a bit off in the sense that sometimes when I look at the flight status upgraded list it shows no one upgraded, but if I refresh then the list comes up. So if no one shows on the list, hit refresh and see if people show up.
