For missing mileage requests on CX, are original tickets and BP even required? For MPC members this can be done online and don't need to send in any BP. For Asiamiles without MPC I guess it would be the same but I don't know for sure.

Plus, these days there's no such thing as an "original ticket", etickets don't have original copies I guess some itineraries still require paper based tickets but I'd guess over 95% of all travel is now eticket based.
