Contrast that to whenever you need Customer Service .... We're not Qantas, we're not a full-service airline etc etc

Jetstar is not a full service airline- just accept it for what it is.

If you want full service do not fly a LCC.

Yet I am happy to know if I do choose Jetstar there are at least some experienced Qantas pilots involved.
