Bravo, Hyatt!!!
I think this is fantastic, mitigated only by price -- in dollars or points. They're now open for award as well as paid stays. Here they are...
Hyatt Grand Aspen, a Hyatt Residence Club
Hyatt Mountain Lodge, a Hyatt Residence Club (Beaver Creek)
The Residences at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek
Hyatt Coconut Plantation, a Hyatt Vacation Club Resort (Bonita Springs, FL)
Hyatt Main Street Station, a Hyatt Residence Club (Breckenridge)
Highlands Inn (Carmel)
Hyatt Hacienda del Mar, a Hyatt Vacation Club Resort (Puerto Rico)
Hyatt High Sierra Lodge, a Hyatt Vacation Club Resort (at Hyatt Tahoe)
Hyatt Sunset Harbor, a Hyatt Vacation Club Resort (Key West)
Hyatt Beach House Resort, a Hyatt Vacation Club Resort (Key West)
Hyatt Windward Pointe, a Hyatt Vacation Club Resort (Key West)
Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch, a Hyatt Vacation Club Resort (San Antonio)
Hyatt Piņon Pointe (Sedona)
Hyatt Siesta Key Beach, a Hyatt Residence Club (Siesta Key)
Northstar Lodge (Northstar -- not open or bookable yet)
For example, as to the ones I've seen, it's nice to have the run of the house at the Highlands Inn again. And, (insides) sight unseen, I would take one of the Key West options over the Hyatt Key West -- real beach! (I thought there was only the one vacation club on Key West.) I usually have a car there, anyway.
I think this is also a smart marketing move by Hyatt. As we sample these, we might buy. (Albeit on the resale market...)
The t&c note that there are not privileges at nearby Hyatts -- which must be allowed for timeshare owners? Oh, well...

What is the difference between "Vacation Club" and "Residence Club"? I'd have been glad not to add these suffixes to the whole above list, but the terms must have some significance...?
